Shaun
P. Mahoney
Shaun Mahoney, is a Managing Director of NextRidge Capital. Mr. Mahoney
currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of
Telecommunications Analysis Group and provides services to NextRidge
portfolio companies through its association with TCS Group.
Prior to
joining TAG in 2001, Mr. Mahoney served as the Chief Financial Officer
for 21st Century Communications. Prior to 21st Century Communications,
he was a Vice President of Housecall Medical Resources where he was
brought in as a member of the turn around team and ultimately was
instrumental in the sale of the firm. He was responsible for corporate
development, investor relations, sales and marketing, human resources,
purchasing, publishing, travel and all regional intake operations
centers. Prior to Housecall, Mr. Mahoney was the Chief Financial Officer
for The Company Doctor where he worked to right-size the business prior
to its sale to HealthSouth. Preceding The Company Doctor, Mr. Mahoney was
the Vice President of Strategic Analysis for Equifax, where he worked on
acquisitions, divestitures, startups and the integration of more than
twenty businesses over three years.
Shaun began his career at Chase
Manhattan Bank where he rose to Vice President in the Corporate Finance
Advisory Division. He had several roles at Chase, most notably working
with the bank’s merchant banking group providing deal and financial
analysis for leveraged financings.
Mr. Mahoney brings experience with
change management, turnaround management, acquisition selection and
integration, strategic planning, financial analysis and operational
management. Mr. Mahoney is passionate about leadership development and
will assist portfolio companies in developing the right
leader, building the right team, selecting the right vision, making the
right corporate investments and ensuring the right governance.
Shaun is a board member for the Center of
Economic Growth and serves as Chairman for the Siena School of Business,
Deans Advisory Council. Mr.
Mahoney is a graduate of Fordham University.
