NextRidge Capital, LLC is a private equity firm that focuses on providing established medium sized businesses, generally with revenues from $5 to $10 million, with capital and operational and financial expertise. Our goal is to  enable companies to grow their business to the next ridge of corporate growth, generally $20 to $25 million in revenues.

NextRidge partners with existing owners to develop strategic and operational plans that include measured organic growth and smart acquisitions to achieve the goals they have together developed for the portfolio company.  NextRidge actively monitors areas of difficulty and success, providing assistance as required.  Day to day management of the company is charged to the management team.
